- Feasibility study: we analyze the technical feasibility as well as the benefits for the participants and the community as a whole (10 to 15% reduction on average on your energy bills)
- Creation and launch: preparation of the regulatory file, provision of the platform, management of participants, creation of dashboards, billing
Management and optimization: operational management of the community: governance, relationship with community members, billing and payment collection, and optimization through the recommendation system encouraging participants to consume the energy produced at the best time
